What IVR system is available in India for an online retailer getting 50 calls a month and at what price?

I have a website which sells consumer durables I get 50 calls a month I want a IVR system which can store the callers Name, Phone Number, Email ID, and complaint/questions, It should also be able to transfer the call to me if the customer wants to talk to a representative.|||I would recommend you take a look at the software application IVM from NCH Software. It is a really powerful piece of software that will let you set up ivr call flows and do call logging, there are a couple of different pricing options based on how many prompts you need in your call flow which they refer to as OGMs or Out Going Messages, so the price will depend on what you are trying to do, but there is free 14-day trial, and while the setup can be a little time consuming it is a very robust application, and you only have the one time fee unless you upgrade with new releases, not a monthly fee.
