Im working on a prototype and need a program i can download or install in a car. The program needs to recognize key terms or words in a sentence and give a response that i program or download into it. kinda like an IVR system on roids does any one know were i can get one please help emergency!I will give a best answer.|||The Festival program is already written and works great, there is also eSpeak, speechd and others.
All of those are FSF/GNU and just work.
