How can i get curves?

im fifteen and have a waistline i weigh 128 and wear a size 7 to 9.....i want to have more curves and a smaller waistline....can anyone give me diet tips or exercise....ivr been walking twice around the block and do sit ups and leg lifts...will this work?|||Unfortunately if your body type isn't "curvy" then you probably won't be able to get curves. What I specifically mean is that women are usually categorized in 4 body types: the pear, the hour glass, the box, and the inverted triangle. Women with "curvier" bodies are usually the pear and the hour glass shaped women. I'm assuming that you want either/or one of the two. The only thing that would probably work for you is to pick out the right clothes that would give the appearance of you having an hour glass shape. For example, deep V necks, fitted dresses, trousers in drapey fabrics, slim skirts, and shoes with heels and rounded or peep toes





I know of a couple of women who were very petite like a size 3 or 4 and they gained weight to like a size 9 or so and they actually have like a pear shape.
