Interactive voice response (ivr) for phone calls?

Need help with finding a suite of software-as-a-service voice applications for call tracking, call notifications, call forwarding, call automation and interactive voice response (IVR). These technologies help you manage, measure and automate voice communications. I know of a company Ifbyphone (http://public.ifbyphone.com) but I able looking for another solution. It will be for managing real state. (i.e. apartments, condos-User requests info and it sends an email with a global phone number, that number goes straight to voicemail and depending what apartment/condo the customer is interested in it will be forwarded to the correct landlord.
