RealPlayer is native player for ivr (internet video recording).
Also you can use some alternatives such as VLC http://www.videolan.org which is a free Open Source player.
If you want to convert those files to some friendlier format such as AVI I'd go with AVS video converter http://avsmedia.com/AVS-Video-Tools.aspx
It's not free, but it's probably one of the best converters out there on the web.
