Hi:
I am looking for an IVR for my small business. The objective is to address certain common queries on 24*7 basis through a set of (5 or 6) recordings.
The caller should be able chose from the recordings besides able to leave specific/ queries that requires individual attention to a voice inbox/ recording facility.
Could you please guide me in setting up the same. I am open to a PC based as well as EPABX system among others.
