thxx:)|||Go to www.zamzar.com and convert the video into MP4, then go to your e-mail and download the video, after that, play it in iTunes and sync it.|||first off, u need to make it an mp4 file. to do that, find it in "my computer" and right click, hit properties, and change it to and .mp4
