I purchased a cell thru e-bay india ivr, the seller cheated me and i need to file case in consumer forum and file a cheating case. so i need postal address of e-bay india, mumbai|||Just a suggestion:
Before filing a case it will be better to first go through their terms and policies to make sure you have strong evidence against them, else otherwise you may end up by giving something (money) rather than taking the same.
