What types of business situations would benefit most from IVR technology? Which would benefit least?

IVR is the devil. People don't want to talk to machines.





Having said that - Companies that receive a huge influx of calls for minor things receive the most benefit from IVR - Banks, Internet Providers, Mortgage Lenders, Airlines, County Tax Offices, oh, the list goes on. :)
