IVR system for website?

Hello,





I searched for IVR system, i got your email address.I want to start a small application on IVR for my website. I want to provide complete information about the site.Can you please tell me how to start the application and what are the hardware goods require to start this and is that application support php and mysql for retrieve text to speech conversion.





Please help me in this issue.

I can only tell how our system from Oulu Voice Response (http://ovr.fi) would solve your needs. Our solution is a light-weight IVR system integrated to Skype. Via Skype-In number and Skype-Out calls we are able to provide IVR functionality both for in-bound and out-bound calls in all countries where Skype offers these services.





Dialog structure is specified in XML file, that list represents the prompts from the system and options that user can select. OVR Engine doesn't support voice recognition or text-to-speech - the dialog is based on prerecorded messages and DTMF commands.





The core engine our solution has been tested in a couple of pilot settings, but no commercial releases have yet been made.
