i'm using airtel for last 2 years now now suddenly ivr automatically set for verification,whenever i call ivr come for verification forward call to executive but no one take the call up i can't call also on 121 %26amp; 195 on any number,but receiving incoming calls in prepaid delhi.|||Hi friend,
i have faced the same prob. in VODAFONE PREPAID
As u said the call tranfer to the excutive.
i imidiatly go to the vodafone office and submited my photo and election id card.
the election id is 4 address prof and id prof.
and 1 passport size photo.
and they get my sing in a form.
then they promise me to disable the ivr in 48 hrs.
but it deactive in just 2 hrs.
and my problem solved.
they wanto varify u and address .
so just do what i done.
becouse its gov. and D.O.T . rules.
