How to convert .ivr to mp3?? help!!!?

I've downloaded some .ivr audio files and i wanna convert them to .mp3 so that i can play it on my dvd player. but how do i convert??? couldn't find any software converter that accepted .ivr files. pls help!

|||you need to pay for the RealPlayer to burn IVR audio files to a CD. this is a stupid idea 'coz RealPlayer can't even split and tag songs when recording. There is a better alternative:

|||2 steps process. I used RealPlayer v 10.0, burned the IVR audio file to a CD-RW, then I used Windows Media Player (ver 11.0) to rip the audio file out to mp3 format.

|||yeah I have heard about the steam recorder, but the problem is that the file I am trying to converter is not on the net any more. And I can't get it to burn in Real Player I gets an error message instead.. what can I do?
