Can u still drive a 2004 dodge neon if the idle ivr is bad?

i jus need it to make it from pa to ga by monday and cant leave the car n cant miss the date r ther any options|||you can still drive it ,the only problem is it will stall out at idle speeds,and could cause problems with it,and when it stalls out it may be hard to get started again,good luck.|||hh
