How can i make my ankles stronger?

Im 13 getting ready for football. Ivr always had weak ankles and i make really hard cuts. I have hurt them evry season for 5 years. How can i prevent tht and make them stronger?|||buy a thera-band and look up ankle exercises. Also if you have an athletic trainer available to you

IVr to AVi/other?

I need to convert a video vile form an ivr format to an avi or mp4, or even wmv. how do i do it? i even tried buring the video to a cd-r to rip it into windows media player or something but none of the audio/video programs i have would recognize it. Converting from .IVR to .MP3!!! Please help!!!?

I need to convert this .IVR audio file to .MP3 and I haven't found a way to do so. I've tried some converters but they don't seem to be working or I'm not getting the right converters. Does anyone know a converter they ACTUALLY KNOW will convert these files?





PLEASE HELP!!!|||IVR is a video realplayer filetype. I don't think any converter can convert a video file to an audio file. Specially one protected by Real Networks.

Can u still drive a 2004 dodge neon if the idle ivr is bad?

This is a site that hosts open source projects. If you do a search for "IVR", you get several hits that look very promising. One integrates into the Asterisk open source PBX program, which is very popular. The first item in the search results ("IVR with Magic Flow") is actually written in Visual Basic, so that would probably be your best bet.
